On Friday, December 7, Talking Communities will be providing a free, online workshop on the use of Web Conferencing software. This workshop, which begins at 5:30 pm Eastern (2:30 pm Pacific), will focus on the use of the Document Center and using live and recorded PowerPoint presentations in a synchronous web conference room. Topics to be discussed include: How to upload and show a PowerPoint Presentation, How to display documents like Microsoft Word, Excel, or PDFs, and How to show a recorded presentation in a live web conference room.
This workshop, which last one hour, is designed for existing Talking Communities customers. However, anyone may attend the training in order to understand more about web conferencing and web collaboration. The interactive environment allows participants to ask questions and interact directly with the presenter.
